Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician in Indianapolis to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV's, pneumatic drive-ups, ATMs, vaults, and safes. You will join a dynamic team that values integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with banking equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking systems.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and AV equipment.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety policies.
