Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Systems or related field preferred or 1+ year bank-related operations experience.
• High School/GED or better required.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-project implementations for software and/or processes with the Project Leader.
• Provide ongoing technical and administrative support for bank systems.
• Perform administration duties on systems (e.g., Bankway, nCino, Image Centre, Connections; user setup; password resets; security changes).
• Coordinate vendor updates and review system accuracy; ensure Change Management documentation.
• Maintain procedure manuals and user guides for continuity (absenteeism, pandemic, DRP).
• Support data communications with customers and partners; ensure secure file transmissions per encryption policies.
• Support ACH systems and account statement processing and customer delivery processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system enhancements and future developments.
• Participate in development of new products and services across departments.
• Back-up Internet Banking Administrator when requested.
