Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Fiserv Signature is preferred and SQL proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Independently support, install, troubleshoot, and maintain applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
• Test, implement, and support core banking solutions and ETL processes.
• Coordinate with Fiserv and internal teams to resolve issues and drive projects.
• Create architecture and data-flow diagrams; mentor junior analysts.
