Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of new application systems.
• Provide ongoing technical and administrative support for bank systems.
• Perform administration duties on systems such as Bankway, nCino, Image Center, and Connections.
• Coordinate vendor updates and ensure Change Management documentation.
• Maintain manuals and user guides for continuity.
• Support data communications with customers while following encryption and security policies.
• Support ACH systems and processing of customer transactions.
• Coordinate with third party vendors on system enhancements.
• Participate in development of new products and services.
• Back up the Internet Banking Administrator as needed.
