Job summary

Liberty Bank is seeking an Application Support Analyst to be the primary tech resource for banking, lending, digital banking, and operational systems. You will coordinate upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements partnering with vendors and IT teams.

You will diagnose issues, manage configurations, and ensure security and reliability while delivering superior service across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of banking workflows.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Finance preferred; 3–5 years in app support or related areas.
Experience diagnosing application issues and implementing solutions to support operations.
Knowledge of application administration, system configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for assigned banking applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining configurations, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.
Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams, coordinating issue resolution, managing vendor relationships, supporting system upgrades, and participating in implementation and enhancement projects.
Maintain application security, user access controls, and system documentation while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, compliance initiatives, and adherence to organizational policies and industry requirements.
Monitor application health, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation efforts, and ensure business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.
