Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience, including military service.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a related role or completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of application testing, business process modeling, and system testing.
• Experience with functional documentation, user acceptance testing, and release management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day application support activities, including issue triage, system troubleshooting, workflow validation, and root cause analysis.
• Define, elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and API‑driven initiatives.
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional test plans; develop test scripts, coordinate testing cycles, and validate system changes across multiple environments.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, data‑flow maps, and functional guides to promote cross‑functional alignment.
• Partner closely with IT teams, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to investigate defects, assess downstream impacts, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support software release management, change request processes, and production monitoring to maintain application stability and business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
