Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust is seeking an Implementation Analyst I in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on connecting applications and systems, mapping data, and ensuring secure, compliant integrations across banking platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and support the deployment of digital banking systems. This position requires collaboration, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems or related field preferred.
• 1 year of IT application development, technical software design, or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and other standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Translate user requirements into functional requirements for vendors and project teams.
• Assist with implementations of banking applications and digital banking systems.
• Coordinate implementation activities between business units, vendors, and technology teams.
• Support integration testing and validate purchased solutions against requirements.
