Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7 years of experience in loan operations or consumer lending.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations including documentation, collateral perfection, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and identify skill gaps.
• Serve as SME for loan operations, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Assist in complex issues, escalate appropriately to improve customer experience.
