Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience with emphasis on compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance reviews of policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations to verify compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance.
• Assist with FDIC examination documentation.
