Responsibilities

• Provide bank office services including deposits, check processing, funds disbursement, and transaction verification.
• Protect cash by maintaining accurate cash drawer and prompt fund transfers.
• Enter transactions in the bank's recordkeeping system and generate receipts.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and maintain a secure work area.
• Assist customers with account-related issues and escalate to improve service.
• Refer banking products and services to appropriate partners.
