You will perform data mapping, transformation, and validation, support banking applications implementations, and coordinate between vendors and technology teams to ensure secure, compliant integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems or related field preferred.
• 1 year of IT application development or related experience.
• Previous bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and map future-state improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for vendors and project teams.
• Support implementation of banking applications and digital banking systems.
• Coordinate activities between business units, vendors and technology teams.
• Assist with testing and validation to ensure features meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation and provide training materials as needed.
