Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems or related field preferred.
• 1 year of IT application development, technical software design or related experience.
• Bank experience preferred.
• Agile, PMI-BPA/ACP/CSPO or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and other standard software applications.
• Ability to perform testing with planning, documenting, and knowledge transfer as directed.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and initiative to complete problems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-faceted team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Complete gap analysis and current-state mapping; analyze and recommend future-state improvements.
• Identify and define scope, impact, outcomes, and metrics for requirements analyses.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for vendors, developers, and project teams.
• Develop process and system requirements and communicate them to stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with implementation of banking applications, digital banking systems, and payment solutions.
• Coordinate implementation activities between business units, vendors, and technology teams.
