Job summary
The Bank of Tampa is seeking a Banking Support Specialist - Floater to deliver exceptional client service and support multiple banking offices, handling teller and account tasks with expertise. You will work across our offices, performing complex transactions and providing guidance on products and systems to customers.
Role requires travel across Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee counties, covering shifts as needed, and mentoring team members while maintaining strict compliance and accurate
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service, cash handling, retail sales, hospitality, banking or related experience.
- A bachelor's degree may be considered toward meeting the experience requirement when combined with relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Travel to Bank of Tampa locations across the region to provide coverage per business need.
- Deliver exceptional client service through professional, needs-based interactions.
- Perform complex servicing transactions including account maintenance, problem resolution, and documentation support.
- Conduct client conversations to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions or referrals to business partners.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking products, services, systems, and procedures.
- Accurately perform routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, and basic account servicing.
