Job summary

Beal Bank in Tampa, FL is seeking a Personal Banker / Retail Banking Specialist to provide exceptional frontline service. The role supports customers with accounts, transactions and everyday banking needs in a collaborative team environment.

The position runs 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for travel as needed. Candidates should have 2–4 years of customer service experience and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Prior teller or new account experience is preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
• Proficiency with 10-key touch, MS Office and banking software knowledge is needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately per policies and regulations.
• Open, service and close various account products (CDs, money market, savings).
• Perform teller tasks including deposits, withdrawals and monetary instruments.
• Greet customers warmly and build professional relationships.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with cash vault balancing.
