Beal Bank USA is seeking a Retail Banking Specialist in Tampa to deliver exceptional frontline service. You will handle transactions, open and service accounts, and uphold bank policies and regulatory guidelines with a customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, strong product knowledge, and professional customer interactions. Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, at the Beal Bank Tampa location.

Competenze

• Prior teller or new account experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with 10 key touch and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn banking software applications.

Mansioni

• Process customer transactions accurately per bank policies.
• Open/serve/close accounts (CDs, Money Market, Savings).
• Participate in CRA activities during business hours.
• Perform teller duties: cash checks, deposits, withdrawals.
• Greet customers and build professional relationships to improve satisfaction.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with cash vault balancing.
