Beal Bank in Tampa, FL is seeking a Personal Banker / Retail Banking Specialist to provide frontline customer service and support for current and prospective customers. The role emphasizes accurate transactions, regulatory compliance, and a friendly, responsive approach.

Based at the Tampa location with typical hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. The position involves opening/closing accounts, assisting with CRA activities, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced branch environment.

Formación

• Prior teller or new account experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with 10-key touch and basic MS Office.
• Ability to learn banking software quickly.

• Open, service and close various account products.
