Job summary

Andover Bank is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle incoming calls and deliver superior telephone customer service on site in the Erie area. You will process requests for address changes, coin orders, research inquiries, debit card limits, and check orders; educate customers about products; resolve complaints; and work with teammates to meet deadlines while upholding bank regulations.

Regular attendance and ongoing training are required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Exceptional verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to read, understand, and convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide superior customer service.
• Process requests such as address changes, coin orders, research inquiries, and debit card limit increases.
• Educate customers about products and services and guide them to resources.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Operate Live Chat and assist with online banking inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of bank regulations, policies and procedures.
