Job summary

Andover Bank is seeking an entry-level Client Service Representative I to support daily banking operations at the branch. You will maintain an accurate cash drawer and deliver friendly customer service while learning the basics of banking center procedures and customer interactions.

Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy with cash, checks and transactions, following confidentiality guidelines, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months related sales or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular onsite attendance.
• Flexible to work at other locations as needed.
• Provide accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of bank regulations, security and compliance responsibilities, products, policies, procedures and meet deadlines.
• Tactically balance and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Assist with branch goals and referral efforts.
