Northwest Bank is seeking a Contact Center Specialist in Erie to deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance. You will work with multiple databases, educate clients on products, and aim for First Call Resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes evening shifts with a shift differential, comprehensive training, and a supportive supervisor team. Growth opportunities exist as many supervisors started in this role.

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures accurately.
• Willingness to learn product and service details for effective support.
