Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public contact or sales experience.
• Experience in SSA position or equivalent at another financial institution.
• Above average PC and technology skills and ability to use applicable software and operation branch automation systems.
• Familiarity with banking regulations including BSA, AML, CIP and OFAC.
• Thorough knowledge of teller systems and account opening/maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customer relationships by delivering service in person and by phone, identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Serve as primary contact for transaction processing, new accounts, problem resolution, and account maintenance.
• Handle teller transactions and assist with new account openings and deposits/withdrawals.
• Explain bank products and services and gather information to set up or maintain accounts.
• Maintain vault custody and participate in branch meetings and trainings.
