You will promote bank products, maintain compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC and participate in training. Strong PC skills and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public contact or sales experience.
• Experience in SSA position or equivalent at another financial institution.
• Above average PC and technology skills, and ability to use applicable software and operation branch automation systems.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations including fair lending laws, BSA, and the US Patriot Act.
• Knowledge of the Teller system and transaction processing functions, including wire transfers.
• Sales/Service skills to identify and fill customer needs and refer quality business.
• Ability to understand and follow bank policies for regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer service in person and by phone, identifying needs and suggesting products to build relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for transaction processing, new accounts, and maintenance requests.
• Handle teller transactions and assist with new account openings.
• Receive deposits, verify amounts, and place holds on funds when needed.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after verification of signatures and balances.
• Explain bank products and assist with account setup and maintenance.
• Promote and refer products, including HELOCs, IRAs, mortgages, and treasury services.
