Job summary

Bank of America in Tennessee is seeking a proactive Client Service Associate to engage customers in the lobby, educate on self-service options, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. You will help clients meet their financial goals by connecting them to suitable solutions.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to build relationships, and comfort with weekend or extended hours as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with sales experience a plus.

• Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Efficiently manages time and capacity
• Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
