Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive outreach and excellent customer service, handling deposits, payment solutions, digital access products and lending.

You will adapt to branch needs, working in both a transaction processing and sales role while identifying opportunities to refer customers to the right bank partners.

Qualifications

• Experience applying a structured sales process.
• Ability to provide financial guidance and expertise.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieves individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to metrics and goals.
• Engages with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represents the Bank in the community at events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Fosters partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and bank policies and completes required training.
