Job summary

The Pioneer Bank & Trust Central Operations Department in Spearfish, SD seeks a full-time Operations Specialist with strong computer and customer service skills to support banking customers by phone and via online channels.

This position handles back-office tasks, data entry, reports, reconciliation, and cross-training within the Operations Department; lifting up to 40 lbs and maintaining discretion with confidential information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Print, sort and mail customer statements.
• Online banking, mobile banking and text banking customer support.
• Process returns.
• Print and sort reports for administration center staff.
• File maintenance verification for the administration center.
• Reconciliation of correspondent accounts and/or GL asset accounts.
• Loan payment reversal, file maintenance and escrow processing.
• Key MICR corrections and balance transactions with check item processing software.
• Answer the telephone and operate office machines; assist with projects using Microsoft Office.
