Taylor Bank in Berlin, Maryland seeks a Service Specialist to provide outstanding customer service at the Berlin branch and nearby locations. You will handle transactions, advise customers on accounts, and support digital banking usage.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior banking experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Handling customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Account maintenance, such as address changes.
• Issuing debit cards.
• Responding to routine account inquiries.
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation.
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
