Job summary

Taylor Bank in Maryland is seeking a full-time Service Specialist to service customers at the West Ocean City branch and surrounding locations as needed.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, debit cards, and routine inquiries, while assisting customers with digital banking and product referrals, in a friendly, professional, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Perform account maintenance such as address changes and debit card issuance.
• Respond to routine account inquiries and assist with digital banking navigation.
• Explain products and services and make referrals when appropriate.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our West Ocean City, Maryland branch location and surrounding branch locations as needed.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Handling customer transactions, including:
• Deposits and withdrawals
• Account maintenance, such as address changes
• Issuing debit cards
• Responding to routine account inquiries
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior banking experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance
