Job summary

Taylor Bank in West Ocean City, MD is seeking a full-time Service Specialist to service customers at our West Ocean City branch and nearby locations. You will handle everyday transactions and help customers with account needs.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.

WE ARE SEEKING:

A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our West Ocean City, Maryland branch location and surrounding branch locations as needed.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Handling customer transactions, including:
• Deposits and withdrawals
• Account maintenance, such as address changes
• Issuing debit cards
• Responding to routine account inquiries
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior banking experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance
