Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

• Process deposits, address changes, transfers, and other routine banking activities.
• Promote The Citizens Experience and cross-sell bank services when appropriate.
• Maintain security and accuracy of negotiable items and adhere to bank policies.
