Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience with basic knowledge of deposit products.
• 1 year in customer service and cash handling in a customer-facing role required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions and service clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and checks.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person and over the phone and make product referrals.
• Balance cash, review transactions for red flags, and follow security procedures.
• Assist with compliance, reports, and branch operations as needed.
