Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months experience as a service representative in a financial institution.
• Alternatively six months cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist customers and greet them in person or by phone; answer calls.
• Input deposits and payments; process address changes; verify endorsements.
• Cross-sell other bank services when appropriate.
• Maintain negotiable items securely; follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
