Job summary

You will identify referral opportunities to NDIP and cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining accuracy and adhering to policies. Training and attendance are essential duties of the position.

Qualifications

• Handles deposits, cash receipts, and transaction verification following policy.
• Balances cash drawer at end of shift and ensures accuracy.
• Assists customers with new accounts and product inquiries.
• Identifies referral opportunities to NDIP and cross-sells services.

Responsibilities

• Receive checks and cash for deposit and verify amounts.
• Cashes checks and processes withdrawals for customers.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, IRA, time deposits).
• Prepare account paperwork and wire transfers as needed.
• Assist ATM questions and resolve customer inquiries.
