Qualifications

• One year of college or equivalent and experience in customer service or cash handling.
• High School Diploma with three years of customer service experience.
• Completion of the organization’s teller training program or equivalent training.
• Ability to work flexible or non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions and cross-sells to meet sales objectives.
• Handles deposits, loan payments, checks, withdrawals, and cash handling per policies.
• Prepares cash, verifies and reconciles daily tallies and ATMs as required.
• Completes FINCEN 104 documentation and maintains department files.
• Participates in audits, investigations, and special projects as assigned.
