Job summary

FirstBank Puerto is seeking a Service Representative - ECR to handle customer transactions and support sales of bank products. You will process deposits and payments, assist customers, and follow policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will reference banking guidelines, work as part of a team, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining security and accuracy in daily operations at our branches.

Qualifications

• One year of college and customer service experience or a high school diploma with three years in customer service.
• Successful completion of teller training program.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes deposits, loan payments, and other transactions as per policy.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and unit goals.
• Performs end-of-day cash verification and reconciliation.
• Complete FINCEN 104 documentation and maintain files.
• Participates in audits and special projects as assigned.
