Job summary

First Bank is seeking a Service Representative - ECR to process financial transactions and cross-sell bank products to meet performance goals, in line with policies and regulations. You will handle deposits and payments, verify cash, prepare end-of-day tallies, perform administrative duties, and participate in audits, while delivering customer service with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.
• Successful completion of the organization’s placement test and formal teller training program.
• Flexible and non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions and cross-sells to meet performance objectives.
• Performs deposits, loan and utility payments, cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Makes referrals for bank products and services within policy guidelines to achieve sales goals.
• Completes FINCEN 104 documentation and maintains department records.
• Participates in audits, investigations and special projects as assigned.
