Job summary

First Bank is seeking a Service Representative - ECR to process financial transactions and cross-sell bank products in a customer-focused role. You will perform deposits, payments, withdrawals, and balance verifications while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• One year of college and one year of customer service experience OR
• High School Diploma and three years of customer service experience
• Successful completion of placement test and teller training
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions and cross-sells to achieve sales goals.
• Performs account services: deposits, payments, withdrawals, and balance verification.
• Prepares cash, verifies and reconciles ATM cash, and records daily activity.
• Completes FINCEN 104 documentation and maintains department files.
• Participates in audits and special projects as assigned
