Job summary

Lincoln Savings Bank is seeking a Retail Trainer to lead onboarding and promotion training for Retail employees across Grinnell, IA and Tama. This hands-on role delivers in-person and virtual training to build confidence and competence.

You will partner with branch and regional leadership to standardize delivery, track progress in the Salesforce Training Tracker, and ensure readiness, accuracy, and quality of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail banking experience.
• Working knowledge of banking services and policies.
• Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and promotion training for Retail employees.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training using structured plans.
• Track completion and progress in Salesforce Training Tracker.
• Standardize training materials and tools.
• Collaborate with branch and regional leadership to ensure consistent delivery.
• Provide temporary in-branch coverage as needed.
