Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer experiences through teller transactions and personal banking services. You will serve as a primary contact, open accounts, and identify financial needs to tailor product recommendations.

Focus on building customer relationships, meeting referral goals, and protecting customer information while complying with banking regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior banking, cash handling, or customer service experience is preferred.
Sales or referral experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
Open and maintain consumer accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and onboarding experience.
Engage customers to identify financial needs and recommend products and services.
Actively participate in referral programs, meeting goals and contributing to branch sales performance.
Balance cash drawer within established limits and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, resolving issues professionally.
Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and applicable regulations.
Prevent fraud by following procedures and adhering to security protocols.
Comply with banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
