Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to recommend banking products and services to customers.
• Meet with customers to understand financial goals and recommend appropriate products.
• Open new deposit accounts and service existing accounts; support loan production where needed.
• Assist with teller duties and understand bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Rotate branch duties and participate in training and sales initiatives; mentor junior staff.
