Job summary

AmeriServ Financial Inc. is seeking a part-time Administrative Support Worker to serve as a Customer Ambassador, advising, opening and servicing deposit accounts, and processing transactions under supervision.

You will build relationships with customers, provide quality service, and support the bank’s sales initiatives while learning product knowledge and contributing to overall branch performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to work under general supervision and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise and service deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Open new and service existing deposit accounts via in-person, phone, or online channels.
• Assist with teller duties and maintain accurate records of money and negotiable instruments.
• Rotate branch duties after training to cover all operations and support customers.

Education
