Job summary

AmeriServ Bank in Westmoreland County, Derry is seeking a part-time Customer Ambassador to support and service deposit account customers under supervision. You will advise customers, open and service accounts, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

With six months of training, you will rotate branch duties, build relationships, assist with cross-selling products, and provide friendly, personalized service in person or over the phone.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to recommend the right products and services to meet the financial needs of customers.
• Participate in training and support the sales initiative of the bank.
• Open new and service existing deposit accounts and provide loan production support.
• Assist teller duties and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Rotate branch duties after training to cover all operations.
• Establish effective working relationships within a team environment.
• Develop skills through training programs and supervisor feedback.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Retail Sales Associates.
• Perform other related clerical duties as assigned.
