Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships.
• Experience with sales is more important than financial services experience.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Open personal and business accounts.
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and business units.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and client transactions as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
