FirstBank Florida is seeking a dedicated Business Support Rep for Residential Mortgage Lending to assist loan officers and serve as a central contact for customers. You will resolve issues across departments, manage the application process, and coordinate with branches, processing centers, and Realtors to keep deals moving smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, Excel and office software proficiency, and the ability to handle regulatory requirements like the SAFE Act.

Qualificações

• High School or Technical College High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of mortgage administrative duties or supporting loan originators is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Encompass experience preferred; sales support experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the sales team and facilitate the application process by interfacing with customers and realtors.
• Request documentation from borrowers.
• Discuss products and pricing for Residential Loan Officers; take initial inquiries for pre-qualifications.
• Act as liaison between Residential Loan Officer, branch and processing center; coordinate submissions and closings; manage relationships with realtors to generate new business.
• Manage pipeline status and communicate updates to borrowers and engineers; monitor to prevent fallout and quote rates.
• Coordinate marketing to buyers, sellers, Realtors, and builders; assist staffing realtor open houses and trade shows.
• Support laptop originations and provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Comply with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
