Qualifications

• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

• Proficient PC and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience through courteous interactions while handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support branch sales by identifying client needs and referring them to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
