Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy and planning for core banking transformation initiatives.
• Define test scope, priorities, and timelines across system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Coordinate test planning across business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and traceability coverage for banking processes.
• Manage defect triage, root cause tracking, and issue resolution.
• Oversee test environment preparation and data needs.
• Review testing outcomes and recommend remediation actions.
