Responsibilities

• Leading testing strategy and planning activities for core banking transformation initiatives
• Defining test scope, priorities, and timelines across system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinating test planning across business, technology, and delivery teams to validate readiness for platform releases
• Developing test scenarios, cases, and traceability coverage for complex banking processes and data flows
• Managing defect triage, root cause tracking, and issue resolution follow-up through test cycles
• Overseeing test environment preparation, test data needs, and execution readiness for phased delivery milestones
• Reviewing testing outcomes and recommending remediation actions based on results, risks, and dependency impacts
• Coaching team members on testing methodology, quality assurance processes, and automated testing approaches
• Monitoring progress against delivery timelines and escalating blockers that affect release readiness
• Applying knowledge of core banking platforms, transformation programs, and banking operations to shape testing activities
