PwC is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Testing Strategy & Planning Lead at Manager level to drive testing strategy development and execution within Core Banking Technology. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and mentor staff while ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.

You will use Agile methods and automation testing to deliver reliable software, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing strategy and planning.
• Experience with banking platform transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of testing strategies for banking platform transformations.
• Coordinate test case generation and execution to validate system functionality.
