Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing or QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy and planning for core banking transformation initiatives.
• Define test scope, priorities, and timelines across system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate test planning across business, technology, and delivery teams to validate readiness for platform releases.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and traceability coverage for complex banking processes and data flows.
• Manage defect triage, root cause tracking, and issue resolution follow-up through test cycles.
• Oversee test environment preparation, test data needs, and execution readiness for phased delivery milestones.
• Review testing outcomes and recommend remediation actions based on results, risks, and dependency impacts.
• Coach team members on testing methodology, quality assurance processes, and automated testing approaches.
• Monitor progress against delivery timelines and escalate blockers that affect release readiness.
