Job summary

PwC is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader to drive test execution across a major banking platform transformation, coordinating test cases, scenarios, and defect review for system and software applications within Advisory.

As a Manager, you will mentor junior staff, oversee workstreams, and balance timelines, quality, and stakeholder needs while applying QA disciplines to delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead test execution workstreams for core banking transformation initiatives.
• Manage test planning, scope, timelines, and deliverables across client engagements.
• Develop and review test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for functional and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate defect tracking, issue triage, and retesting across system and integration environments.
• Validate test results and document risks, gaps, and resolution paths for stakeholders.
• Apply testing methodologies, QA processes, and software testing life cycle practices.
• Oversee test environment readiness and data setup for execution cycles.
• Coach team members on testing approach, results analysis, and documentation standards.
