Sync Payments & POS seeks a field-based salesperson to own a territory of community banks and credit unions, nurturing referrals and closing merchants who stay. You will train bankers, run discovery with business owners, and hunt new relationships to expand the bank-partner network.

You should have a track record selling through banks or referral partners, with an emphasis on residual revenue and a people-first approach. Expect travel to branches and businesses within your metro area.

Qualifications

• You have sold through a channel and can name bankers who referred business.
• Payments through banks are ideal; treasury management, SBA lending, bank-owned merchant services, or related offerings are relevant.

Responsabilités

• Own a territory of community bank and credit union locations; visit branches on a cadence.
• Train bankers to spot referrals and make introductions warm.
• Run discovery with referred business owners about their day, receivables and software.
• Close merchants that will last and walk away from unsuitable prospects.
• Hunt brand-new relationships and introduce them to bank partners.
• Maintain CRM and provide weekly pipeline reviews.
