Job summary

Worldpay seeks a seasoned Business Development Executive to establish and manage partnerships with financial institutions. You will drive revenue through long-term agreements and navigate complex negotiations across regional and national banks.

You will build relationships with C‑level stakeholders, craft strategic plans, and coordinate cross‑functional teams for RFPs and proposals. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in long-cycle business development or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to initiate and close significant deals.
• Experience with payment, FinTech or software companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate multi-year agreements and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline (3x quota).
• Collaborate with internal teams on RFPs and proposals.
• Present Worldpay value to C-level and senior stakeholders.
